I have has the Penn 330 GTi for 3 years now. I have fished striper, bluefish, shark and king mackeral all without having a bit of trouble. Some say the level wind is not good for saltwater. I respectfully disagree. The levelwind works wonderful and keeps you focused on fighting the fish. No will need to be concerned about the line bunching up in one region of the spool. I truly like the reel!
